Our Partnerships

At The Hg Foundation our vision is that the tech workforce of the future harnesses the talents of all, regardless of background.

To achieve this we provide long term funding, operational support and advocacy to education and employment based programmes across the UK, Europe and the US.

Our current priorities

    • Supporting school & college students, aged 11+

    • Boosting achievement in STEM, raising aspirations, and high quality education and career advice

    • Targeting school-leavers & older adults; low-waged & unemployed

    • Focus on training, apprenticeships & alternative routes

    • High-potential students at university, in higher level technical courses and in early careers

    • Focus on university and postgraduate access, internships, graduate jobs & career progression

Current partnerships

“None of the issues The Hg Foundation seeks to address are new and any easy solutions would already have been found. But with the right mix of humility, tenacity and rigour we hope that we and our partners can make a lasting difference.”

James Turner, CEO, The Hg Foundation
